  • Identity & Contact: Name, business name, email address and phone number.

  • Financial Data: If Payments are made online, then our 3rd party Payment processor may collect your Payment card details and billing addresses (processed via PCI-compliant third parties).

  • Event Specifics: Guest lists, floor plans, and vendor contact information.

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and interaction data via cookies and pixels (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Analytics).

  • Physical Security: CCTV footage captured at the venue for safety and security purposes.

  • On-Site Connectivity: Device ID and usage logs when connecting to The Hendrix Guest Wi-Fi.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Contract Fulfillment: To process bookings, manage timelines, and execute event agreements.

  • Marketing & Discovery: To send newsletters or promotional offers (only via active opt-in).

  • Venue Security: CCTV is used solely for the protection of guests, staff, and property.

  • Optimization: Using data to improve our website performance and "Shop Tab" visibility on platforms like TikTok.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell your data. We share it only with trusted partners necessary for operations:

  • CRM & Planning: HoneyBook and other tools Pod for lead and event management.

  • Payment Processors: Stripe, PayPal or other 3rd party payment gateways for secure transactions.

  • Digital Platforms: Google and Meta for targeted advertising (subject to your opt-out rights).

Regardless of your location, we honor the following rights:

  • Right to Know/Access: Request a report of the data we hold on you.

  • Right to Deletion: Request that we "forget" your data (subject to legal/tax retention requirements).

  • CCTV Footage: Automatically overwritten every 30 - 45 days unless flagged for a legal investigation.
