Security Deposit of $1,000 will be due 5 days before your event date and *returned 3 days after.

Additional Fees:
Cleaning - $ 350  (Added to Proposal)
Hendrix Concierge - $200  (Added to Proposal)
Security - $300 (Added to the Proposal if Alcohol is to be Served)​
(Optional) DJ Connection Access - $100
(Optional) Video Mapping - $ 500 - $ 1,000

** All monies paid toward your date are non-refundable.

At least one hour must be allotted for set up, and one hour allotted for break down within the rental time frame.

An additional hour may be added before or after dependant upon other same day bookings.

We require that all weddings have a professional wedding planner or day-of coordinators on site.

Family members and friends do not apply.

Ask about our preferred vendors list of amazing wedding planners and coordinators.

Security is required for all events that serve alcohol.

An hour rehearsal included in all wedding rentals.

Rehearsal must be Monday - Thursday and around event and business schedule.

Table + Chair Setup and Breakdown Included when What's the Occasion is utilized for Decor.

‍All Bar Service must be provided by The Hendrinx. 

Outside bar companies are subject to approval and subject to a buyout fee. 

 The Hendrix offers an expansive preferred catering list.
