Security Deposit of $1,000 will be due 5 days before your event date and returned 3 days after the event if there are no damages*.

 

Additional Fees:

Cleaning - $ 350 (Added to Proposal)

Hendrix Concierge - $200 (Added to Proposal)

Security - $300 (Added to the Proposal)

(Optional) DJ Connection Access - $100

(Optional) Video Mapping - $500 -$ 1,000

** All monies paid toward your date are non-refundable.

Kindly note

  • At least one hour must be allotted for set up, and one hour allotted for break down within the rental time frame.

  • An additional hour may be added before or after dependent upon other same day bookings. Terms & Conditions apply.

  • We require that all weddings have a professional wedding planner or day-of coordinators on site. Family members and friends do not apply.

  • Ask about our preferred vendors list of amazing wedding planners and coordinators.

  • Security is required for all events.

  • An hour rehearsal included in all wedding rentals. Rehearsal must be Monday - Thursday and around event and business schedule.

  • As a standard, ALL Bar Service must be provided by The Hendrinx. For exceptions, outside bar companies are subject to approval and a buyout fee.

  • The Hendrix offers an expansive preferred catering list. Outside catering is subject to approval and subject to a buyout fee.

  • Pricing may vary for holidays, or holiday weekends.
